5. Tous Les Jours
Tous Les Jours is a French Korean bakery that was incredibly popular eatery places especially on their unique selection of bread cakes, pastries and beverages. It’s famous for it’s good environment and perfect for taking pictures. On May 2017, all 4 outlets of the bakery was closed down in May this year.
4. Bulgogi Brothers
Who wouldn’t like Korean BBQ and one of the famous place for this Korean BBQ is Bulgogi Brothers. This restaurant is famous for its bulgogi (marinated BBQ beef in Korean style). The Korean BBQ restaurant Bulgogi Brothers had announced its closure of all stores this year and a lot of Korean BBQ fans were sadden by this news
3. Tim Ho Wan
Tim Ho Wan is a of the three-Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant that was in Malaysia. The franchise from Hong Kong shut its doors on two outlets here in Malaysia this year. Sources told Free Malaysia Today that Tim Ho Wan was not doing well as the restaurants incurred a loss of RM895,642, and “is not expected to turn around in the near future”.
2. Chatime
Malaysia was shocked when the news that Brian Loo’s company is pulling out from Chatime. There are over 160 Chatime Malaysia outlets were closed earlier in 2017, and leaving only 4 Chatime stores in Malaysia. But worry not as you can still enjoy the milk tea with the new franchise … “Tealive”
1. SS15 Asia Cafe
If you are student or ex-student in Subang, then you knows about SS15 Asia Cafe. It’s the famous lepak and eating place for the students there. This place is popular for their huge variety of food, Internet cafe and pool tables. Sadly the Asia Cafe cease it’s operations in October and the new plan was to redevelop the place to SoHo building.
