The Immigration Bureau Announce Rules And Regulation For Those Who Allowed To Go Abroad
The Malaysian Immigration Bureau has announced the relevant conditions and procedures for nationals who want to go abroad. Among them, 5 types of people do not need to apply to the Immigration Bureau, and only need to prepare relevant materials to go abroad.
- ~Diplomats and their families going abroad on business
- ~Students who want to study abroad
- ~Students who want to take exams abroad
- ~ Those who hold a foreign long-term residence permit
- ~ People who work in oil companies and shipping companies.
The following types of people are prohibited from going abroad:
- ~Travel or vacation abroad
- ~Go abroad to visit family members without special reasons
Procedures for re-entering Malaysia:
~All Malaysian citizens who have or have not been abroad during the Movement Control Order are allowed to enter Malaysia without applying to the Immigration Department. However, after entering my country, if they have not obtained the approval of the Immigration Bureau, they cannot go abroad, even if they have a foreign long-term residence permit.
~Those Malaysian citizens who are listed as “restricted entry countries” by Malaysia or hold long-term residence permits of “restricted entry countries” are allowed to re-enter our country even if they have left the country during the movement control order.
