Naza Kia Red Cube 3S Centre at Petaling Jaya Might Be Closing Down?
According to a report from the DSF website, the leading 3S showroom, and service center, Naza Kia Motor Petaling Jaya Red Cube which has been a landmark since it opened in 2011 has been closed and will be taken over by an automotive brand that has yet to be confirmed. The 3S Center was inaugurated in 2011, followed by the Red Cube Johor Bahru and in March 2014 the inauguration of the third Red Cube branch in the Semambu Kuantan Industrial Area. Kuantan Red Cube 3S Center located in an area of 49,213 square feet which has 14 service spaces and can accommodate up to 35 cars a day.
The last Red Cube inauguration ceremony was in Rawang known as Kia Red Cuba Rawang 4S with an investment of up to RM5 million, however, this branch was also closed recently. On September 11, 2020, in a media release announcement for Kia Seltos SUV bookings, Naza Kia Motor Petaling Jaya Red Cube was listed as one of the Naza Kia distributors where people can still visit and make reservations in this showroom.
The Kia Red Cube showroom is a concept created by Kia Motors Korea to highlight the Kia brand identity as well as provide a more professional experience and comfort to customers when they visit the showroom or while the customer’s vehicle is maintained. Malaysia is the second country after South Korea to adapt its Red Cube showroom identity, followed by China, Mexico, England, Canada, and most recently in India.
