Face Mask Mandatory in 14 Public Places, Avoid It To Save Yourself From Getting Rm1K Fine
The National Security Council (Majlis Keselamatan Negara) listed 14 public places, stipulating that people must wear masks when going to these places and strictly abide by standard operating procedures.
People who violate the SOP and fail to wear a mask on occasions where they are mandatory to wear a mask can be fined RM1000. So here are some of the places which you be wearing face mask.

- Mosque or prayer room
- Non-Muslim religious sites
- Attend weddings and social gatherings
- Public transit / transportation
- School bus and school bus
- zoo
- Sports and leisure venues
- Health institutions such as clinics and hospitals
- Open market or farmers market
- Cinema and live events
- Spa and wellness and foot massage center
- Family Entertainment Center
- Barber shop and beauty salon
- Retail industry (shops, laundry shops, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, depots and petrol stations)
