E-Census of Banci questionnaire Extended to 10th October
The 2020 census will be divided into two phases. The first phase of the census has started from July 7th to September 30th (extended to October 6th). Online questionnaires (e-Census) and computers are available. Assisted Telephone Survey (CATI) to submit the questionnaire.
The second phase of the census will be launched from October 7th to 24th. Government officials will conduct face-to-face interviews. Due to the lackluster response, Statistics Malaysia extended the time limit to October 6th for those who were invited to report but did not respond in the first phase.
Those who have completed the registration [Pra-Pendaftaran] and obtained the Invitation Code (Invitation Code), or completed the registration through the counter (Klinik e-Census), can still submit online through e-Census before 11:59 pm on October 6th Census questionnaire.
The reasons for the unsuccessful registration or the failure to receive the Invitation Code include the incomplete or too general home address provided, and some are because the address spelling and abbreviation do not meet the standards for address writing. You can also check whether the invitation code email is sent to Spam /Junk Mail Folder in Email.
In addition, the public can seek assistance through the hotline of the Bureau of Statistics or other official platforms to ensure the smooth completion of online reporting.
As for those who did not complete the online census questionnaire in the first phase, the second phase from October 7 to 24 will be conducted in the form of door-to-door face-to-face surveys and interviews with officials of the Bureau of Statistics for a period of 2 weeks.

Step 2: Enter the name, email, mobile number, and invitation code, and then click Daftar
Step 3: Then complete the questionnaire according to the instructions!
