Forest Research Institue Malaysia (FRIM), Kepong

This Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) which is located at Kepong has an area of 600 hectares and it is located in the Lagong Hill Forest Reserve and you can enjoy the Sky Walk which is an elevated bridge of 30-50 meters in height. Other than this you can also enjoy picnics, jogging on the Rover Track, walking under the canopy, camping, hiking, cycling, and studying the beauty of nature.
The entrance fee to FRIM is RM5 and an additional RM5 will be charged if you bring along a camera.

Taman Alam, Kuala Selangor
Taman Alam is located at Kuala Selangor which is a park surrounded by mangrove swamp with a 4 km paved road so that you can explore nature, and you might witness some of the 150 species of bird here from around the world including some migrating birds from Siberia and Russia.
The fee to enter this Nature Park is RM4 for adults and RM1 for under 16 years old.

Paragliding (Jugra Hill, Kuala Langat & Batu Pahat Hill, Hulu Selangor)
Check out these Paragliding activities if you prefer something more challenging as you can enjoy the bird-eye view from atop, which you will be gliding through the air with a guide stay behind you to help you maneuver through the whole sliding experience.
The best time to experience paragliding is from March to September and the cost is about at RM320 per person.

Skytrex Sungai Chongkak, Hulu Langat
Skytrex Sungai Congkak is located at Hulu Langat which is Malaysia’s First Flying Fox Park which holds the longest Flying Fox track and you can get to enjoy other challenging activities here while enjoying the lust forest and river scenery.
Entrance fees for Skytrex Sungai Congkak are between RM50 to RM130 with 3 packages of 25 different courses of an obstacle for you to enjoy here.

Broga Hill, Hulu Langat
Broga Hill is a favorite hiking spot for many which offer an easy-moderate hiking trail level for the family. It will usually take around 1 hour to reach the top of the hill which is 400-meter above sea level. You can also enjoy some coconut drinks at the top of the hill now.
A fee of RM1 will be charged for hiking.

Water rafting, Hulu Selangor
This water rafting activity which is located at Kuala Kubu Bahru, where the water rafting activities are a fun game for those who always wanted to try out these rugged water activities, plus this water rafting level here is suitable for everyone, families, and people from all ages.

Water tubing, Hulu Selangor
Water tubing or water activities with a float is one of the activities offered here in Kuala Kubu Bahru also beside the water rafting, where this activity offers a less challenging course and you can just follow the river down with the river currents.
Participants need to tamper with the currents using their hands to move forward. The estimated price for tubing activities is RM30.
