- Step 1: Register for vaccination through MySejahtera, official website, call the hotline, visit the hospital or go to the state government unit.
- Step 2: Receive the appointment time for the first dose of vaccine.
- Step 3: Go to the designated place to get the first dose of vaccine.
- Step 4: Take the temperature and check for symptoms.
- Step 5: Register the QR code and check personal data.
- Step 6: Accept the consultation and fill out the approval form.
- Step 7: Get the first dose of vaccine.
- Step 8: Observe the scene for 30 minutes.
- Step 9: Obtain a vaccine card.
- Step 10: The relevant unit will monitor whether the vaccinators have side effects.
- Step 11: Receive the appointment time for the second dose of vaccine.
- Step 12: Go to the designated place for the second dose of vaccine.
- Step 13: Take temperature and check for symptoms.
- Step 14: Register the QR code and check personal data.
- Step 15: Get the second dose of vaccine.
- Step 16: Observe the scene for 30 minutes.
- Step 17:Obtain an electronic vaccine certificate.
- Step 18: The relevant unit will monitor whether the vaccinators have side effects.
*In the event of side effects, vaccine recipients can respond to the relevant authorities in three ways:
