Thailand Opens Up Borders to All Travellers around the world
Great news as those who always wanted to visit Thailand as earlier when Thailand first introduce their Special Tourist Visa (STV) where it is only applicable for tourist from low-risk countries. Now the Thailand Government has made a new approach as the visa is now open to all regardless of the Covid-19 situation from your country.
The Deputy government spokeswoman Rachada Dhnadirek mentioned that it is important to loose down the current requirements to help to boost back the Kingdom’s tourism industry which has been underwhelmed with a response even with the STV program where only 825 visitors from 29 countries have applied and just 6 foreign-registered yachts are availing for the visa only.
Now as the STV is widely open to all tourist who wishes to visit Thailand will still have to undergo the 14 days mandatory quarantine and currently, Thailand wasn’t hit by any second wave of the pandemic. So now what do you think and are you planning to fly out for the 14 days minimum quarantine? 🙂
