There would be No More Mails Delivery From TM on Billing Statement
First it was TNB starting the effort to minimise the paper printing bill statement and now even the TM is moving forward to this environmental friendly approach
The news is that officially from September 2018 onwards where TM will not be mailing you any physical mail on your TM billing statement and all the TM users are required to check the billing statement from online channels.
If you need to get your billing statement, there are 4 methods that you can get it and it’s as below:
- Billing statement through mobile phone newsletter
- Billing statement through email
- Billing statement on the TM official website
- Billing statement by checking through care@unifi Apps
TM are encouraging user to update their contact information online especially their email address and phone number as TM now will issue e-billing to the user using their email or their mobile phone number.
You can simply just change your contact details by following the simple steps below
- Go to unifi.com.my and click on the Login/Register on the top right
- Login to your account
- Click on the Menu and select “E-Billing”
- Click edit to update your latest personal contact information
- That’s it. Your details is being updated!
