Latest MCO Where only 30% of Management Staff are Allowed in Office While Other is WFH basis

With the third MCO imposed on Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, much working staff will be having doubts about how will it affect the working procedures. In a media release by MITI, the government has announced that they are allowing all economic sectors except for those prohibited in the MKN list to continue their operations.
Where 30% of the management staff can only go into the office while the attendance of the operation and supporting staff is up to the employer’s discretion. This enforcement is to curb the spread of Covid-19 and companies that not abide by the SOPs will have legal action taken against them and their premises will be shut for a certain amount of time.
