The latest week’s fuel prices are out! The price of RON95 petrol and RON97 petrol increased by 4 cents per liter, while the price of diesel remained unchanged.
According to the latest news, the price of RON95 gasoline per liter from February 20 to February 26 is RM2.00, an increase of 4 cents. Each liter of RON97 gasoline is RM2.30, an increase of 4 cents. The price of diesel per liter is RM2.15, which remains unchanged.
As of the afternoon of February 19, the price of a barrel of Brent Oil was $63.11, while the price of Crude Oil was $59.92. International oil prices have been fluctuating, which has led to domestic gasoline and diesel fluctuating.
The government will announce the latest retail prices of petrol and diesel every Friday evening. You can refer to the retail prices of petrol and diesel announced by the government before deciding whether to add fuel to your car.
The government reintroduced the fuel price ceiling measures. The retail ceiling price per liter of RON95 gasoline is RM2.05, while the retail ceiling price per liter of diesel is RM2.15.
