What if you’re still being charged GST? Here is What You Can Do
Officially start 1st June, you should not be seeing any GST charges on your purchase as the GST is officially being zero rated by our government.
But of course, not all are merchant are honest people and there might be a small percentage of people that hasn’t adjusted this. As a consumer, it’s your right to have the GST waive and if the business isn’t do so, you can complain this to the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism or KPDNKK.
There has been an announcement made from the KPDNKK on what you need to do everytime when you purchase an item.
Bottom line is that when you encounter any issue on the GST related, to make a complaint, you can either go to the KPDNKK office or you can call 1MOCC hotline @ 03-80008000 or KPDNKK hotline @ 1800-886-800
