“If there are still vacancies for the slots after May 26, we will open the slots for the public aged below 60.” There are currently some 25,000 people in the AstraZeneca opt-in programme’s waiting list, Khairy said.
Those who have registered under the waiting list for the first round will get their AstraZeneca appointments on the next round which was reported that about 60,000 individuals have registered under the waiting list. The first batch of over 268.000 doses was fully booked in less than 4 hours after it was offered online booking on 2nd May earlier.
