Apam Balik Stall in TTDI Offers Bitcoin as Payment Option on Banner
With the price of Bitcoin going all high in a sudden this year, an apam balik vendor at a pasar malam in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur has even followed the latest trend where it might be the first few in Malaysia to accept digital coin as a form of payment. This discovered were made by netizen Andrea Lee at a night market on Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 2.
With the price of one Bitcoin cost USD46,610 (approximately RM189,000), where if a customer were to buy the apam balik from the vendor, they would have to pay with 0.000019 bitcoin. LOL! But however, with a further check out, the owner of the Apam Balik Sekinchan mentioned that they don’t accept the bitcoin anymore and the Bitcoin QR code serves as a marketing purposes only. But they did accept TNG eWallet, GrabPay or Boost.
