You can now Book a MAS Flight Using Facebook Messenger
Nope, I am kidding you not. Malaysian Airlines understand your pain going through the booking flight process and it’s introducing book via Facebook Messenger. With this initiative, it will make your bookings and overall experience way more seamless.
On 3rd March, MAS chief commercial officer Arved von zur Muehlan has revealed three new digital initiatives (as reported by The Star), which are:
- MHguardian
- MHfeedback
- MHchat
Why the are having these new initiatives is because they would want to improve and enhance the overall customer travel experience with MAS.
So what are the 3 new initiative? It’s basically an apps and here is the breakdown:
1. MHguardian
This new app, which is set to launch by Q3 of 2018, enables parents and guardians to track unaccompanied minors throughout their travel with MAS. Besides being able to monitor the safety of minors, the app will also be extended to support unaccompanied elderly passengers and passengers with special needs.
2. MHfeedback
This is now already available for download. This app basically allows passengers to instantly share any feedback regarding their experience with MAS. Best part? They can do so anonymously! Your complain is safe and now one will know … shhhhh
3. MHchat
It is an interactive Facebook Messenger BOT. It allows all Malaysia Airlines’ passengers to make bookings, payment and retrieve their flight itinerary. Through the integration of AI, the BOT delivers an experience just like with a real customer service agent. How cool is that?!! You can now just Book a MAS Flight Using Facebook Messenger. Dang .. now you don’t have to deal with a real person and thing just got easier!
With these initiative, it’s surely help improve a lot on the customer experience and do save up a lot of hassle!
