Transgender Woman Gets Robbed and Beaten And Malaysia Are Reacting With Haha and Love Emojis
A teenage boy with a female character was robbed, beaten by a MiChat acquaintance. A teenage girl with the character of a woman was injured by two Bangladeshi men in an incident in Kampung Gambut, Punggai, Pengerang, yesterday. Kota Tinggi District Police Chief, Superintendent Hussin Zamora, said in the incident at about 5 pm, the 17-year-old victim was said to have gone out with the suspect known through the MiChat social chat application voluntarily.
He said the victim was said to be accompanying the suspect in his 30s to buy necessities at a supermarket in Bandar Penawar. “However, the victim was robbed on the side of the road in Kampung Gambut causing a loss of more than RM200 including cash and a mobile phone. “The victim also suffered injuries to his left hand and right leg as a result of being beaten by the suspect,” he said in a media statement today. He said the case was also spread on social media which showed pictures of the victim who was allegedly abducted and attempted rape.
“Police denied the incident and the investigation found that the victim was a woman with a female character and knew the suspect through the MiChat application. “Police are tracking down the suspect and asking the public who have information related to the case to contact the Investigating Officer, Inspector Mohd Shukor Ismail at number 011-10823779,” he said the case is being investigated under Section 394 of the Penal Code.
