Touch ‘n Go Finally Removed Parking Fee Surcharges

While paying for parking using the Touch n’ Go card is very convenient, however a lot of Malaysia are still not doing it because there are a surcharged imposed by TnG and finally on 29 January, Touch n’ Go Sdn Bhd has finally confirmed that they have removed the parking fee surcharge after taking into account on customer feedbacks.
Its group chief executive officer Effendy Shahul Hamid also mentioned that such a move would require some innovation and some sacrifice on their end, but he believes that it is the right thing to do. And this surcharge elimination will mostly happen at the end of the first quarter of year.
