TM Has Just Announce That Unifi Basic Plan RM79 is Available To Everyone
Previously, the RM79 broadband Unifi Basic Plan (RM79) is specifically catered for Malaysians in the B40 income bracket but that is not the case anymore!
Initially for the price of RM79 per month, this 30Mbps with 60GB quota broadband-only plan said to be exclusively to those with a monthly household income less than RM4,500 and in order to check the applicants eligibility, they would have to submit supporting documents such as a verified payslip to qualify for the plan.
But in at the TM’s financial briefing yesterday, the company has announced that the plan will now be available to all from September onwards.
TM acting CEO Datuk Bazlan Osman in a statement posted on Facebook on 29 August.
“Affordability and accessibility of quality high-speed broad services is important to TM, and we are committed to lead the charge to unlock the potential of a digitally-savvy Malaysia. As such, we are happy to announce that we are extending the Unifi Basic plan to all,”
Seems like a good news for those who needs affordable internet connection and TM has just helped to fulfilled this! But further details will need to wait for TM to provide us with further updates
