Smart Meter Installation by TNB in every home
The National Energy Corporation (TNB) will install smart meters in every home where there will be easier control of their own electricity consumption which in the future TNB does not require to sent employees to read the meter every month, where the smart meter will send the electricity consumption to the National Energy office every half an hour.
With this latest smart meter, TNB will set up a new 20-meter high signal column which will be able to sent and receive signal column to collect the electricity consumption within the range. The smart meter signal Colum devices contain a lightning rod and weights 20 kg where it will be easier for all consumer to control their own power consumption.
