Unfortunately, an incident that happens yesterday is a bit kesian, due to a lorry of Skynet caught on fire in front of the Kajang Skynet office at Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, Balakong yesterday.
According to the local news, the fire is believed to starts from a product which contains highly flammable acidic product which was sent by a seller. If you have purchased the parcels and was affected by the delivery, you don’t really need to worry because you can claim your losses however you have to include the details of the delivery and photography of the damaged item and the packaging.
For this issue, Skynet customer must report in writing to Skynet within 48 hours from the date of consignment and if the item isn’t delivered, 14 days from the date the shipment will hand back over to Skynet. But still, let just be careful when sending these highly flammable items. Guess a lot of people who are waiting to receive their item at under the Skynet company might be very kan-jiong now.
