  • Genetic or disease factors
  • Smoking
  • Autoimmune problems
  • Thyroid problems
  • pressure
  • Chemicals in hair dye

9 foods that make hair healthier

  • Curry leaves
  • Lime
  • pickle
  • Tempeh
  • salmon
  • Oyster
  • egg
  • chocolate
  • Beans

Ways to prevent gray hair

1. To cultivate good sleeping habits. A good rest will make people full of vigor and vitality in one day’s life. Sleep is a physiological regulation function, and the quality of sleep will also affect the endocrine balance.

2. The hair should be treated correctly. First, wash your hair frequently and keep it clean. Do not use alkaline soap or shampoo.

3. You can choose shampoo according to your own hair quality. If your physical condition permits, try washing your hair alternately with warm, cool and hot water, which can promote the contraction and expansion of scalp blood vessels.

4. In addition, get into the habit of combing your hair every morning and evening. Combing the comb from front to back dozens of times each time can promote sleep, strengthen blood circulation in the head, improve the nutrition of the scalp and hair, mechanically stimulate and massage the scalp, and prevent hair loss and early whitening.
