POS Malaysia’s new e-Consignment Note Form! No need to write a handwritten courier list anymore, super convenient! Through the New e-Consignment Note Form system, mailers now can fill in the mailing information online in advance, and fill out the mailing form online without having to go to the post office, making the process of mailing packages faster.
Before going to Pos Laju to mail a package, you can fill in the mailing information through the Internet in advance and then go directly to the nearby Pos Laju Outlet or Kiosks to print out the e-Consignment Note Form, which is really super convenient.
If you want to use the POS e-Consignment Note Form system to fill out the courier form online, you can download the Pos Malaysia Mobile APP.
How to use the POS electronic express order system
Step 1: Download/open the Pos Malaysia app, click New Consignment
Step 2: Enter the sender’s information (name, mobile phone number, email, address)
Step 3: Enter recipient information (name, mobile phone number, email, address)
Step 4: Enter the package information, you can view the estimated postage (Estimated Price)
Step 5: Confirm the information and click Generate to obtain a QR code.
Just go to the Pos Laju office and use the QR code to print out the electronic courier.
