PJ will launch MyQ online system Which You can Get Queue Number Through Your Mobile Phone
The Land Transport Bureau (JPJ) will launch the MyQ online system this year to help reduce congestion at the Land Transport Bureau counter.
According to Datuk Jailani, Director of the Land Transport Bureau, in order to alleviate the problem of congestion at the counter service of the Land Transport Bureau, the Bureau will launch a new MyQ online system early this year.
The system will provide convenience for visitors to the Land Transport Bureau, including the collection of number plates through online services, which is also in line with the authorities’ goal of digitalization and compliance with the standard operating procedures set by the National Security Council.
Through this system, users do not need to queue up on site to obtain a number plate, and the system will instruct users to start the next step. It is understood that the MyQ online system will be the first to be launched in designated JPJ branches, and if it goes smoothly, it will be launched in all land transportation.
