PDRM Open Investigation on the Fashion Event After Guest Breaking SOPs

Last week, a local fashion show has becomes a hot topic after netizen notice that the fashion show didn’t comply with the Covid-19 SOP set by the government. The designer in question, Leeyanarahman was being criticised heavily after most of the guest were spotted not wearing any face mask and not have any social distancing at all.

And what makes the netizen even more furious was the co-founder even made a joke that admitting that there were no SOPs during the event and most probably will have a new cluster named after it. Because of the news and viral were being spread online, the PDRM Deputy Chief Officer of Petaling Jaya District Superintendent Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmoon has mention that the event organiser has uploaded a series of photo from the fashion show which have around 50 guest and there are guest spotted without wearing facemask and no social distancing too.

The fashion label has apologised for the incident and admitted that they were negligent despite taking preventive measures and complying with the SOPs set.
