Non-M’sian Spouse and Childs Can Enter M’sia With Long Term pass
Good news for those who have a spouse who isn’t Malaysian as now spouse and children of Malaysian who are non-citizen can enter Malaysia by applying to the long term social visit pass, mentioned by Malaysia’s Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
This long term pass must be applied as soon as they enter immigration or otherwise, they are not allowed to enter into Malaysia. Malaysia has only recently allowed Malaysian citizens and foreigners with a long term pass to enter the country after placing it under lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The decision, which Ismail Sabri said was made after having discussions with citizens who have foreign family members, would allow families separated by the restrictions to be reunited.
