- 260g (2 cups) all purpose flour
- 50g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
- 8g (2 tsp) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200g (1 cup) light brown or castor sugar
- 180ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk
- 160ml (2/3 cup) vegetable oil
- 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs (gred A/B)
- 250ml (1 cup) hot coffee
- 1 tsp vanila
Chocolate Ganache Frosting
- 240g dark chocolate
- 30g butter
- 80ml whipping cream
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
- 90g white chocolate
- 10g dark chocolate
- 50ml whipping cream
