Namewee Fight back against PN Youth Member due to recent controversy regarding Racist issue on the Babi Movie
Namewee, is an actor and musician and who comes becomes a director now, who is born in Malaysia wherewith his recent movie of the Babi started controversy regarding the racist issue in Malaysia, While this movie will is currently only on view in Taiwan and it won’t be on air on Malaysia.
However, in a few weeks, the Pemuda Perikatan Nasional which has made a police report against the movie with the title babi, and he was reported due to the wording of Melayu Babi while Namewee on this video mentioned that the video is a true story which is talking about the racist issue on the past and also causing the harmony among all Malaysia races in Malaysia.
Which he also mentioned that he is just making this nonprofit movie due to helping all Malaysia to becomes back one single harmonious race and not racist and also the movie is a patriotic movie. Plus he also stated that if he is a racist director therefore he won’t be asking all races to join in the movie and also his past movie and video.
Like the movie, Babi also received nominations at four international film festivals. According to the director, this includes the Berlin International Film Festival, Bangkok International Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, and the Golden Horse Award. He added the film is based on a real-life event that took place in 2000.
