M’sian Live Streamer is Back Again with Option To Change Laguna Packages to 5-Star Tanjung Rhu Resort
The Malaysian live streamer, 虾王 Umance (which is known as an online fish market seller) has accused of promoting and selling a fake 3D2N tour package which is priced at RM399 for Laguna Redang Island Resort on his 2 hours live broadcast on 11.11 sales day with more than 8,000 packages sold while later on, Laguna Island Resort claimed that they never authorized any online merchant to sell their package at all.
As later on, Laguna mentioned that they received an Rm100k remittance from an unknown party and reject the payment, and requested the bank to remit it back to the sender plus Laguna Island Resort also lodged a police report and urged the public who bought the package to lodge a police report!~ Later on, he also made a Taiwan trip with a lucky winner who can walk away with a Proton X50 SUV with free luggage bag and more!~
While on the recent news, Umance then again shared a live stream apologizing to all buyer that it is his technical fault and he mentioned that he will take the responsibility by giving 2 options to the 8,000 buyers of the Laguna Island Resort tour package which one of the packages is to upgrade to another 5-star hotel which is Tanjung Rhu Resort, Langkawi.
In the live streaming, he can be seen together with a team showcasing the amenities of Tanjung Rhu Resort. Where this 3D2N Tanjung Rhu Resort package will include meals, airport transfer, a day tour in Langkawi, and transferable plus with no additional surcharges.
