(Putrajaya, 3rd) Senior Minister of Defense (Ministry of Defense) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob pointed out that during the Movement Control Order, all public transportation can only carry half of the passengers, including the Light Rail Transit (LRT). Private cars can only be shared by 4 people, but they must be the same family members that living together. 
He reminded the people not to take the opportunity to pick up their friends and go out for any activities, because the movement control order is still in effect and the violators will be dealt with.
After attending an inter-departmental special meeting on the implementation of movement control orders today, he said at a regular press conference that the government found that family members did not maintain a social distance at home, so he decided to relax restrictions on private cars.
Regarding that the bus can only carry half of the guests, He aid that the authorities will send law enforcement personnel to patrol the stations to ensure that the districts comply with the Movement Control Order.
He said that the government may not rule out that there will be volunteer guards taking public transport patrols to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
So they mentioned that more measures & information regarding the MCO Phase 4 for public transports & Private Cars will be announce to public in the coming few days.
