How to Book Your Flight
- Step 1 – Submit your details on the voucher registration form HERE
- Step 2 – Your unique voucher code will be sent to your registered email in 2 business days.
- Step 3 – Go to www.malindoair.com, to book your flight with travel dates no later than 31 Mar 2021.
- Step 4 – Complete the passenger details and ensure the passenger name matches the name on the voucher.
- Step 5 – Redeem your RM50 voucher on the payment page.
Jom Cuti-Cuti Terms & Conditions:
- Valid only for Malaysian citizens with MyKad/MyKid identity card.
- Submit complete registration details: FULL NAME as per NRIC, NRIC number & NRIC photo and all mandatory fields.
- The uploaded NRIC photo must have clear visibility of the NRIC number.
- A maximum of 9 adult and/or child travelers can be added in a single voucher registration form.
- Infants (2 years old and below) are not eligible for the travel voucher.
- Verified eligible Malaysian citizens will receive their unique travel voucher codes via their registered email address.
- Only one travel voucher will be issued per NRIC.
- The travel voucher can be redeemed during purchase of domestic flight tickets only.
- The travel voucher is valid for all classes on Economy and Business cabins for one-way or return flights.
- The travel voucher cannot be redeemed on Malindo Air mobile app and Malindo Miles platform.
- The travel voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion.
- The travel voucher cannot be used towards standalone purchase of ancillaries.
- The travel voucher is non-transferrable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind.
- Redemption is limited to the first 6,000 successful applicants on first-come-first-serve basis.
- Once the redemption limit of 6,000 is met, new bookings under the Jom Cuti-Cuti campaign will no longer be permitted without prior notice.
- Malindo Air reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel the booking or deny boarding even after ticket issueance should any abuse be found.
- Malindo Air reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend Jom Cuti-Cuti terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- Refunds for ticket issued will be based on the ticket fare rules for the amount paid excluding this travel voucher value
