Malaysian Man Fined For Going Out From His House After 10pm Which Rises Question Again

A man who was fined for RM1,000 for going out of this house after 10 pm during the Movement Control Order (MCO) phase 2.0. Where the incident happens on 21 January at Sungai Besar Selangor. Where the fine was issued at 11.25 pm with the offence written as “Leaving the house without any valid reason”.
As netizen were confused again when The Defense Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the standard operating procedures (SOP) during the MCO which is currently enforced all across Malaysia where the rules basically applied to restaurant, petrol station and various business which are only allowed to operate until 10 pm. However, the rules didn’t state it is applied for individual going out.
