Malaysian Allowed to Open Stall Selling Anything at Anywhere in KL, Putrajaya & Labuan For FREE
Since the Movement Control Order (MCO) has started back in March, a lot of people has lost their job. While a lot is still struggling in looking for some resort to find back a solution to gain back some incomes. While opening a food stall and selling some local food might be the easiest way. As Federal Territories Minister, Annuar Musa announced that those living in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan now are allowed to conduct any street hawker business within their respective federal territory. This business policy is only available for Malaysians only, which will be starting from 15 November 2020 – 15 April 2021.
This decision announced by the Federal Territories Ministry is part of the decision to make citizen be able to make it through the MCO period and it is a pretty good idea, as we might be able to see much more stall appear just like our neighbouring country of Thailand.
However, for those traders, they must contact respective local authorities and prove information on what and where their business will be held, as the traders will be offered a temporary static hawker license will be automatically approved throughout the 6 months period of time.
