Malaysia Will Reimpose MCO again If Daily Covid-19 Case Go Above 100 Again
The government announced that if the number of new Covid-19 cases climb back up to the three digits, therefore the Movement Control Order (MCO) will return with no choice, mentioned by Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob at a press conference after visiting Royal Malaysian Army veterans in Wakaf Mek Zainab, Kelantan on Sunday, 26 July.
Datuk Seri Ismail also mentioned that this measurement is to ensure that every one safety is being put at first priority as it will make things difficult for all parties and including those who wanted to work and so on. The current case number are increasing because the public has forgotten what are the safety steps that need to be done and with the ease operating procedures of earlier SOP and then the number started to rise again.
According to the local news, the SOP for Hari Raya Aidiladha also will be announced today on 27 July that the interstate travels are still allowed unless there are some emergency updates.
