KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysian health authorities on Wednesday reported 94 new Covid-19 cases, raising the cumulative total to 5,945.
(Putrajaya 29th April 2020) Health Director Malaysia said that there are no Covid-19 death case in Malaysia today, and there are 94 new Covid-19 cases in Malaysia. Malayusia has maintained double digits for 13 consecutive days for new Covid-19 cases.
He said that of the 94 new cases added today, a total of 72 were imported cases and 22 were local infections. At present, the cumulative number of coronavirus cases are 5,945, while the active cases are 1,758.
He said at the Ministry of Health’s report on the Covid-19 report today that there are 55 cured cases discharged from hospital in Malaysia today, a total of 4,087 recovered people.
The health ministry also no dealth reported for today, bringing total fatalities remain at 100 cases. He said that 100 deaths were maintained, accounting for 1.68%
