Malaysia listed as Top 20 Desired Country For Foreigners To Come For Work

A collaborative study by the Boston Consulting Group reveals that Malaysia is a top 20 country for global employment attractiveness in 2020 which ranked 42 in the past 2014 and 33 in 2018 then rise to 19 places in 2020. This hike also showed that how Malaysia manage to handle the Covid-19 pandemic. Which the pandemic has proven to be a key factor for this global talent to think about employment preferences.
The countries where their citizen would like to come to Malaysia for work in 2020 in Indonesia, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Yemen, Thailand, China, Syria, Nigeria, Qatar, and Indonesia as being the number 1 country. The study also surveyed 208,805 people in more than 190 countries with a total of 5,649 Malaysians were surveyed, 48% were below 30 years old and 41% were highly educated level.
At the same time, it also shows that 40% of Malaysian are willing to work abroad in 2020 compared to 65% in 2018. As for the countries where Malaysian would like to relocate for work in Singapore their top destination then followed by Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Japan.
