This mosque which is founded by the Melaka Chinese Muslim Association (PERTIM) in June 2014 where this most is constructed on a 2.8-hectare site nearby the Hang Jebat Stadium. Where this is the 3rd Chinese mosque in Malaysia after the previously build at Kelantan and Perak.
The main prayer hall that could accommodate up to 2,000 people at a time, where the mosque also has a VIP room, meetings rooms and more. Visitors are advised to dress modestly when entering the building. The management has also prepared robes for those dressed in more revealing outfits.
