THe Airport Service Quality (ASQ) has announced that Malaysia Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has been named as one of the best in terms of passenger satisfaction. Where it ranked the airport for over 40 million passenger per annum in 2020. Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) group chief executive officer Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh also mention that these ranking can further help on the passenger satisfaction.
