Influencer Couple Investigated for Allegedly Travelling Interstate to Attend Wedding
Earlier on, some instafamous couple and several of their friend landed in sort of big trouble after allegedly violating the interstate travel ban under the Movement Control Order (MCO) to attend a friend wedding in Kelantan, where the video the famous couple who lives in Kuala Lumpur can be seen hanging out with some friends in Kelantan without wearing face mask too.
The video sparked anger among netizen who argued that police are usually very strict in approving application for interstate travel, but somehow how can these couple manage to roam freely? After the stirring conversation on the Internet as this netizen who were angry and disappointed with how they manage to get through. On Tuesday, 23 February, Kelantan police chief Datuk Shafien Mamat said that a police report has been filed on the incident.
PDRM Kelantan is identifying the individuals involved and the case is being investigated according to the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within Infected Local Areas) (Conditional Movement Control) Regulations 2021
