Huawei Announce 5 New Laptops Of MateBook Series for 2021 With Price Starting From RM3,299

Huawei has announced a total of 5 new laptops which is the MateBook D, MateBook 14, flagship MateBook X Pro which are all powered by Intel processor and comes with 16GB RAM and 512 SSD storage. The Huawei MateBook D 14 and D 15 are officially priced as follows in Malaysia:
- MateBook D 14 (10th gen i5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) – RM3,499
- MateBook D 15 (10th gen i5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) – RM3,299
- MateBook D 15 (11th gen i5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) – RM3,899
The MateBook D is the entry-level series that comes with a Full HD 1920×1080 IPS display in 14 inch and 15.6-inch size, while for the 10th gen model, the laptops are running on Intel’s 10th gen core i5 processor (10210U) with Intel UHD Graphic 620. It also comes with a pop-up webcam that is hidden between the function keys and also a power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor, USB-A ports (2x USB 2.0, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1), 1x HDMI port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and 1x USB-C port that supports 65W fast charging. Both laptops support WiFi 6.0, Bluetooth 5.0 and have support for Huawei Share for multi-screen collaboration. The MateBook D 14 weighs 1.38kg while the larger D 15 weighs 1.53kg. The laptops are also shipped with Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bit and only Mystic Silver colour is available.
Huawei MateBook 14 is priced at RM4,899 in Malaysia which runs the 11th gen Intel Core i5 processor and comes with 16GB Ram and 512 GB SSD. It has a 14 inch 2k IPS Touch-screen display what pushed 2160×1440 pixel and Intel Iris XE Graphics. It also has 2x USB Type-A (USB 3.2 Gen 1), 1x HDMI, 3.5mm headphone jack and 1x USB-C port that supports 65W fast charging. The MateBook 14 weighs 1.49kg and it runs on Windows 10 Home Edition (64-bit). The MateBook 14 is offered only in Space Grey.

Huawei MateBook X Pro is the top of the line which is offered at RM6,899 and only available in Emerald Green which the laptop also comes with n 11th gen Intel Core i5 processor (1135G7) with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The biggest highlight is its 3K 13.9″ LTPS touch-screen display that pushes 3000×2000 pixels resolution and has a brightness of 450 nits. The laptop is 14.6mm thin and weighs 1.33kg, has standard is a hidden webcam on the top row keyboard keys and a power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor. The MateBook X Pro also boasts a large Free Touch trackpad that offers haptic feedback.
In terms of connectivity, it also supports Bluetooth 5.1 and WiFi 6.0. The laptop comes with a 1x USB-A port, 2x USB-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The MateBook X Pro also runs on Windows 10 Home 64-bit out of the box.
Huawei is also offering a pre-order promo on the Huawei Online store where this new laptop will be available nationwide from 24th April 2021 and the first 1,500 customers will enjoy free gifts worth up to RM800.
