How to Claim your Parcel Damages During Delivery and Types of Claim You Can Complaint
Recently there have been news regarding the parcel being hurdles on delivery times and this could be bad especially for those parcel with fragile item inside. But do you know that you can issue a report to the Tribunals for Consumer Claims under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs?

You can claim your rights in the Malaysian Consumer Claims Tribunals by:
- State the claim details in the provided section
- Total claim amount must not exceed RM50,000.
- Claims can be claimed within 3 years.

Or you can complaint or get refunded for your broken item or lost parcel by directly contacting the seller via your courier company.
Step 1: If your parcel get broken, Shopee will notified you. For example, they’ll send you this notification, “Parcel is damaged. Please request for Return/Refund i your Shopee App”.
Step 2: You can contact the J&T Express to know the parcel status and ask them how to make the report. They will inform you that the items are damaged and you need to refund with Shopee.
Step 3: Once you click Refund/Return on Shopee and they approve your refund request, Shopee will cancel your order and classified the items as lost items. Then Shopee will credited your refund in to your e-wallet Shopee.
