Grab Speaks Out After Rider were Accused of Stealing Starbucks Drinks But Instead It Was Other Fault
A twitter user@exmnexmnmn recently accused his Grab food rider of stealing his Starbucks order. After he ordered 3 drinks but only received two, and he had reported the matter to Grab but not yet received any word from them. But Grab was quick enough to reply to the Twitter thread and explained that the situation where the cup holder was given for only two drinks and all packages were sealed before the rider picks them up.
Later on a few Twitter users decided to get to the heart of the matter, and it turned out that the user did order three drinks and the order was mistaken by Starbucks instead and as no one was happy with how the Twitter user handled the matter then netizen mentioned that he should have not go on public with the accusation while some other user advised the Grab company to just ignore him while some other stated that Grab should ask for an apology before giving a refund.
Strangely enough, some user also manged to find that the Twitter user who happens to create some fuss in the twitter community earlier and he has changed the name where previously he has made fun of a man who was run over by a lorry while trying to good deed.
