Good news Malaysian. 2019 would be a wonderful year because the government already started planning to give away RM40 electric allowance per month but this is for lower income group people
Government have allocated RM80 million for this subsidy and they will be starting the distribution as early as Jan 2019 next year!! In short, if you’re eligible, if your electrical bill is less then RM40 then you would not need to pay a single cent but if your bill exceed, then you would need to pay the outstanding

- Enter your IC number
- Click on “Semak” and you will see the results whether you’re eligible
Take note that this benefit is open to those who are under low income and they have registered and verified on the E-Kasih welfare.
