Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Found Guilty On All Seven Charges
The former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has been found guilty of all seven charges related to the misappropriate of Rm42 million of SRC International funds. The High Court Judge, Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali who read the detailed judgement said that the defence has failed to raise any doubt against the prosecution case.
Among the other thing ruled on Najib’s defence of blaming the fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho @Jho Low was no valid, therefore the judge said that it was illogical as the accused has been issuing cheques and therefore must shoulder the responsibilities. Najib, 67 remains calm after hearing the verdict and together in the courtroom was Najib’s former deputy Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahidi Hamidi who is also Umno president now.
