This factory which is located in Penang Science Park, Bukit Minyak where it launched in January 2017 which the building is designed for Paramit Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a Silicon Valley based electronics company which is specializing in medical and satellite equipment. With a spanning of 162,000 square foot factory where it is full of lush greeneries and magnificent glass wall.
The designer, Design Unit Sdn Bhd with IEN Consultant Sdn Bhd came up with the idea to create a factory which are eco-friendly. This amazing factory even manage to win the WorldGBC Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Award: Leadership in Sustainable Design and Performance in 2020.
