Foodpanda Guide on How you can get Refunds on the purchase
Have you ever faced a problem when you ordered Foodpanda and then in certain conditions, your delivery was canceled on deliveries or the wrong order has been delivered then you are actually eligible to receive a refund for the purchase? As the most common reason for the customer requesting refunds for their purchase is delivering wrong items or missing items from the order list and Foodpanda is currently monitoring it and working closely with restaurant partners to minimize, mitigate, and ultimately eliminate overtime.
And here is how you can get the refunds.
- Fire up the Foodpanda app (iOS, Android)
- Press on your profile icon on the top left corner
- Press ‘Help center’
- Press ‘ My Orders’
- You can access the Live Chat feature by choosing a past order, then select the option where you didn’t receive your delivery, or “When will I receive my refund?”
- However, there are other options that will ask you to provide more information for the first, like if you chose the “I’ve been overcharged” option
While for cash on the delivery refund you will have to provide your name, bank name, and bank account number and the refunds of online payment and credit cards are faster compared to the cash on delivery payments. Or alternatively, you can also email support@foodpanda.my and you can get back the refunds within 24 to 48 hours.
