EPF Members Can Download Application Form to maintain the 11% or 9% Of Payment rate
In order to increase the disposable income of the people, the government announced that starting from January 2021, it will lower the provident fund contribution rate from 11% to 9% for a period of one year; the employer (boss) contribution rate will remain at 13%. This measure will take effect from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021.
According to a statement issued by the Employees Provident Fund Bureau, if the provident fund members still want to pay 11% of the provident fund, they can apply for maintaining the 11% contribution rate by filling in the [KWSP 17A (Khas 2021)] form from December 1st.

Step 3: Employer submits application materials through i-Akaun
