Do You All Know that Malaysia Has a Pet Passport Since 2010
For all pet lovers who love to travel, do you all know that we actually have a Malaysian Pet Passport for our pets and it has been around since 2010? This animal identification card was launched under the Malaysian Animal Traceability Systems (MATs) project and aim to build a formal animal identification database system to help control animal diseases.
The cost to get one for a pet along with a microchip and vaccination is only RM85 (S$27.80) and is available at Hospital Veterinary Kuala Lumpur at Cheras.
