Digi has become the fastest network provider for mobile network in Malaysia!

According to “Lowyat.net” technology media quoted Speedtest, Ookla released data, in the third and fourth quarters of 2020, Digi surpassed Maxis to become the fastest mobile network provider in Malaysia. Digi’s Speed ​​Score is 29.36, and Maxis’s Speed ​​Score is 28.44.

In this report, Digi continues to maintain a leading position in Consistency, which is Digi’s achievements since the first half of 2020. However, Celcom continues to be the network provider with the lowest 4G availability and latency.

In terms of fixed broadband (Fixed Broadband), TIME continues to be awarded the fastest network provider. Compared with the first half of 2020, TIME’s internet speed almost doubled in the second half of 2020.

In addition, this report also shows that iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G users in Malaysia have the fastest internet speed, that is, the average download speed is 52.33Mbps and the upload speed is 15.69Mbps. As for Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, it ranked second, with an average download speed of 50.61Mbps and an upload speed of 13.88Mbps.

The third-ranked mobile phone is the iPhone 11 Pro Max, with an average download speed of 40.08Mbps. Followed by Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P30 Pro, the average download speed is 39.37Mbps and 39.31Mbps.

From the perspective of mobile phone manufacturers, the average download speed of iPhone is 28.20Mbps, Samsung is 27.98Mbps, Huawei is 25.76Mbps, Xiaomi is 20.60Mbps, and OPPO is 18.59Mbps.

The cities with the fastest mobile connections in Malaysia are Nusajaya, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Malacca, Ipoh, Seremban, Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu.
