AirAsia Will Launch Air Taxi and Drone Delivery Services too
Recently, the AirAsia CEO disclosed that they are planning to launch air taxi and first drone delivery services. This air taxi will have pilot and four seats and at the moment, there are working on this upcoming service by AirAsia and if everything goes well, it should launch in about 18 months.
The airline’s logistics unit Teleport is also testing the urban drone delivery service with state-backed by firm Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC). The first commercial delivery is set to conduct by the end of this year in urban areas.
