AirAsia Group CEO Joins on Food Delivery Team

As the tourism and aviation sectors have been badly hit by the Covid-19, Airasia which is one of Malaysia’s famous traveling business industry isn’t being spared out. While to no stranger, the AirAsia Group CEO, Tony Fernandes is joining the food delivery team set up by his current company where a post on Instagram shows that Tony in a picture beside a delivery bike carrying meals from Airasia food and delivering it to customer.

As the post went viral on social media, most people are hoping that they can meet up with Tony himself. While unlike the other food delivery platform, AirAsia food delivery cleared set themselves apart with a 0% commission model which enables merchants to enjoy and manage their own business without having to pay any high commission rates. Currently, AirAsia food has over 200 merchants with a wide range of local F&B chains and businesses where you can easily find some delicious meals and signature dishes via AirAsia.com on their food ordering platform. However, delivery is only covered in Klang Valley at the moment.

We have tried to order food from Airasia but we couldn’t meet Tony in person too. Perhaps someones is lucky enough to meet him in person? If you do, please share it out with us alright 🙂
